Does tapping the WhatsApp button count?
No. The button opens a short page where the customer types a question. Pressing Send counts the enquiry and opens WhatsApp with the question ready. A contact-form message also counts.
Your own tests, bots and search engines don’t count.
How do I remove wrong enquiries?
Your app lists every enquiry. Mark wrong ones “Not a real enquiry” by the 7th of the next month. They drop out of the count.
When is the fee charged?
On the 1st, you get an email and app notice with last month’s enquiry list, tier and amount. You have until the 7th to remove wrong enquiries. The card is charged on the 8th, based on the final count.
October 2026 is free for everyone. The earliest charge is 8 December 2026, for November. Card billing is planned for 1 December 2026.
We ask for a card at your first fee. Nothing is charged until you add one.
Is there tax or a contract?
No SST is charged because Long Lever is not SST registered. There is no contract. We email you at least 30 days before any price change.
What happens if I don’t pay?
The fee stays owed, and Gamit may ask you to pay it. Your website, WhatsApp button and contact form stay on. Gamit never takes your website down for an unpaid fee.
Can I stop any time?
Yes. Email hello@gamit.page and we’ll unpublish your website. No new fees start after that. Fees already owed for earlier months still need to be paid.
Will Gamit make things up about my business?
The AI writes only from your answers. It never invents reviews, numbers, clients, awards, policies or prices. It refuses claims such as “best” or “guaranteed”, even if you type them.
“Halal” appears only with a JAKIM certificate number. Your home address is never shown.
Can I use my own domain?
Coming soon, from about RM73 a year including tax. This is the domain cost, not a Gamit fee.
The first 10 owners get a .com.my, .my or .com domain free for a year when they publish their website, reach Site Strength 85% or more, and have a 15-minute chat with Gamit, online or face to face.
Site Strength is an app score showing how complete and convincing your website is. After the year, keep the domain at the normal price or let it go.
Will new marketing features cost extra?
Future Gamit marketing features will be included at no extra Gamit fee. Your enquiry-based monthly fee still applies. Premium third-party tools may cost extra.
Who runs Gamit?
Gamit is website software run by Long Lever Digital Sdn Bhd (202301037650 / 1531573-U), a Malaysian company founded by Keith Liew.
